By accessing and using Mac Electronics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Mac Electronics provides mobile data bundle purchasing services. We facilitate the purchase and delivery of internet data bundles to mobile phone numbers on supported networks.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Wallet and Payments

  • All purchases are made through Mac Electronics wallet or available methods
  • You must maintain sufficient balance in your wallet to complete purchases
  • Wallet top-ups can be made via Mobile Money or Card payments
  • A 1-3% processing fee is deducted from Auto Topups

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed automatically for supported networks
  • Some orders may require manual review by our team
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by network providers
  • Refunds are processed automatically for failed orders based on specific error codes

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are automatically processed in the following cases:

  • The recipient number does not exist or is invalid
  • The recipient is not eligible to receive data bundles
  • Technical failures during bundle delivery
  • Number verification failures for Big Time bundles

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to make purchases without authorization

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mac Electronics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
